Ex-Doctor Who star David Tennant battled comic Steve Coogan in a pub quiz to raise money for charity.

The 38-year-old actor was just one of the celebrity contestants to take part in the quiz, which was held at Shoreditch House in east London, to raise money for the Centrepoint charity.

The event was hosted by newsreader Kirsty Young and those taking part included funnyman actor Rob Brydon, as well as Tennant and Coogan.

The London charity aims to provide homeless people around the capital with a future.
